The CASCO service is TERRIBLE!!! They are always happy to take money when an insured event occurs, of course they recognize it, but they will drag it out to the last and reduce the payment! It was necessary to decide whether to extend the hard hat, they promised that everything would be at the highest level, in fact: a month of calls from my side (occasionally they don't pick up the phone or a specialist is on sick leave), visits to the office and employees run away when they are called to a meeting. RUN AWAY FROM HERE. In the end, I took the money 5 weeks later, but ~ 30% less than promised.
