People are contacting you , obviously not for the purpose of entertainment . It is a pity that when paying for your insurance, there is no way to contact you. This year, they did not inform about the transfer to the "Friendly Family" and about changes in insurance claims. Bottom line: this year, there is an emergency operation again, and when contacted, they say that it is no longer an insured event. And before that, I had to travel back and forth around the city for a week with a sore leg to write a statement (although my colleagues are sitting in neighboring offices). A disgusting company: no customer orientation and no skilled workers. Termination of the contract and blocking in the phone so that you no longer hear the offers.
