Initially, it was not available, but it did not take long to wait, much less than the expected time. All the employees we interacted with during the purchase are polite and considerate. Я стала на очередь на Belgee х50+, думала ждать 1-2 месяца, однако очень быстро машина появилась в наличии. Цвет, комплектация - все устроило. Далее всю сделку сопровождали менеджеры Степан и Владимир. Мужчинам благодарна очень: за внимательность, терпение, чуткость. Отвечали на все мои вопросы, дистанционно консультировали во всем (я вела работу с салоном из другой страны), с пониманием относились к моментам уберите / добавьте из допов, постоянными корректировками и новыми идеями. Владимир выходил даже ради меня в свой выходной день на работу, т к у меня не было возможности приехать в другое время. Они же вдвоем сопровождали вот прям до выезда с парковки салона. Да и в целом , весь персонал улыбчивый , подсказывают,рассказывают, если компетентны в вопросах. Я осталась довольна очень! И обслуживанием, и покупкой. Первый опыт за рулем новой машины , впечатления - 👍
