Not only is there zero desire to help, but the seller also does not know how to communicate normally - everything is through his teeth, reluctantly and from the second time, as if he was doing a favor for condescending. In the process, it turned out that there are problems with payment through Alfa-Bank, sellers are aware of this, this is not the first time. And what did both sellers do? They completely started ignoring me, discussing between themselves and on the phones of some other client! After the question "how to make a payment" was asked for the fourth time, the women remembered that "We need to call the accounting department!" where no one answered the phone. Total: 30 minutes of wasted time, the book was not bought. I hope that one day the salaries of such sellers who simply sabotage the trade will depend on the sales of these books, so that sellers at least try to behave like a human being.
