I am grateful for the high print quality and accuracy. I was also pleased with the speed of work. The reason I give 3 stars is because there are only 2 delivery intervals: from 9 to 6 and from 6 to 10. All my requests to bring at least up to 3 days to the address were fulfilled with the phrase "we can't guarantee anything." It was Wednesday. The center has scheduled delivery only for Friday, at such inconvenient intervals. The organization is closed on weekends, as is the delivery service. I had to find time in a busy schedule and drive myself. An hour before arriving at the address, I decided to ask about the package, just in case. I was sure that at any PVZ, if you don't take it, then at least buy a package. They answered me simply: "No, we don't have any packages." And I understand that it doesn't depend much on the assistant. She's not in the procurement business, but she could at least check if there was any package in the office. I had to run into the shops first, look for a T-shirt to put 2 40x40 paintings. It is very inconvenient to carry such canvases in your hands.

Добрый день. Обслуживание минус 100!!!!! Это просто кошмар! Хотели заказать 3 картины 50*70, дополнительно упаковать две картины в подарочную бумагу. Бумагу выбрать нельзя, какая расцветка бумаги выяснить невозможно так как пакуют во что есть. При просьбе прислать что есть , так как выбирали на упаковку родителям и что есть типо кораблики точно не идет. На что менеджер ответила решайте быстрее у меня клиент. ВОПРОС: а мы не клиенты????? Говорить о том что номер директора или руководителя нам не дали думаю не стоит. Итог испорченное настроение с самого утра. Ребята! Вы производите картины соответственно и дарите хорошее настроение качеством выполненных работ!

I am very upset with the quality of your work. You just transferred the photo to the canvas without working on it at all. December 31 was 40 days since the death of my very beloved husband, and I wanted a portrait as a souvenir. A portrait always idealizes a person's appearance a little, there are a lot of tools for this now, you haven't corrected anything at all, not a single crease on the neck, you just transferred it to canvas and it doesn't look like oil at all. It's a shame that I made such a mistake with the choice of non-professionals, you're just messing around.
