The first exchange office at the entrance to the Republic of Belarus. There is a break at night, if I'm not mistaken, from 02 to 03 hours.

In broad daylight, a man is sitting on a chair near the exchanger, and at the top of his voice he offers to change the currency with his hands, at a sooooo good rate. Article 12.2 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus, if anything, but apparently does not bother anyone. It really spoiled the impression at the entrance. It's like we're back in the 90s. The exchanger is almost always closed.
