I would like the management to revise the lunch schedules so that 2 windows would work during lunch hours (shift by half an hour or something), otherwise you may not get to lunch. On the plus side, there is a coffee machine and a toilet nearby.

In any branch of the bank, everything is always polite and cultured. Even queues don't bother you. Although you rarely have to wait a long time, everything is usually fast. But I try not to go during busy hours or on payday, when everyone goes to the bank to make all sorts of payments.
