I've used this branch about a dozen times in different years, seasons, and days of the week. And absolutely on all visits the issue was resolved. The operations are carried out fairly quickly. There is no information on the number of customers in the queue on the receipts (this is a feature of Belarusbank's divisions), but for a branch located outside the city center, the situation associated with this is generally not critical.

If you wait in line for a long time, you can find several examples of passive aggression and arrogance towards customers. The rest of the employees also leave much to be desired.
