I stood in line for almost an hour today to stupidly exchange money. The exchange usually takes about a minute, and sometimes less. A very strange and illogical queue system: yurikov and other numbers are allowed to pass ahead, but you have to wait for some kind of devil and let them pass ahead just to exchange currency! Why, in order to stand at the window for a minute, you have to wait for you and let those who came later through, please explain!
