Good location. It is possible to park nearby, which was important for me, since I was passing through and needed to make a payment that I did not take care of in advance. I entered the hall, took the ticket, and ...I've been stuck for almost 20 minutes. In fact, one window was working, although there were two or three windows on the scoreboard. It was frustrating to waste so much time.

You missed your turn. There were two of us, and neither of us heard the call on the ticket. Maybe it's our fault, maybe the technology has failed. It's just a situation... But the essence of the claim is that not a single shift specialist helped solve the problem for the client, even with a missed ticket, but still in his hands. No one asked us what kind of operation we were interested in (and this is just a currency exchange for a small amount). And even more so, he did not offer to wait and serve out of turn. Bottom line: 15 minutes of time spent and nerves frayed.
