I came to pick up the card that the university issued in my name to receive a scholarship, took a ticket, waited for half an hour (I'm not complaining), but when my turn came, it took me: 2 seconds to check the ticket and realize that it was me, 1 second to get up and start walking, 2 more seconds to find a window, and as soon as I started walking towards him, the queue was passed on, some woman literally materialized at the window, I was no longer on the list. I understand that it is advisable not to delay others and think in advance, but is it really impossible to give at least 10 seconds to a person (me) to go to the window? I did not wait again, there was no time anymore
