It is impossible to deposit cash on the card every weekend due to the fact that the terminal does not work with cash. And this is the only terminal in this city. Is it really impossible to do some kind of maintenance in this terminal before the weekend? Or it's from a series of fiction. But for some reason it seems that everything depends on the management of this institution.

I don't like it when there is a constant difference between Minsk and the Roads. It's like people are different. The issue of currency exchange. The population is small, and the purchase rate is being made as if we are sitting here at the wells and making money. They try to rob collective farmers at the lowest rate. Belarusbank does the same thing as they sell fuel at gas stations in the country, it's the same everywhere.
