Обменник в удобном месте. Народу немного. Есть терминал..К сожалению, кроме обмена никаких операций нельзя произвести. Много технических перерывов+обед. Очень жесткое тестирование купюр, возможно такой детектор валют. То, что не принимают в этом пункте, свободно принимают в других обменниках. Хамоватые кассиры

They can't do the usual operations : I wanted to exchange money from the card for dollars , in the end I was told that only this bank needed a card to carry out the operation . Today I wanted to exchange money for smaller ones. In the end , they told me that they could not provide these operations , I immediately had a question , but what can you do at all!?

Раньше всегда можно было разбить крупную купюру на более мелкую... сейчас полный беспредел. Что бы разбить деньги, надо объехать пол Минска !!!! Буквально вчера разбивала 100 р по 20. А сегодня уже нельзя
