Poor service due to the fact that they did not ask anything about the card, how convenient it is for you to pick it up, how best to send the password from the card, etc. When other banks asked everything as needed, and then I paid that the card was lost and then they called that they forgot to sign for confirming receipt of the card when they served another one already.

Of the minuses: there is only one terminal that works with both cards and cash, and it works only in "one way" - accepting payments. It is necessary to switch to universal terminals working in both directions. And there should be at least three of them in order to exclude queues.
