The territory is clean and spacious, there are convenient waiting areas where you can comfortably spend time before departure. I would also like to mention the polite and professional staff at the check—in desks - they helped with the seats and answered all questions. 💯 There are also shops and cafes right on the territory of the station — you can grab a coffee or have a snack before the trip. Buses leave exactly on schedule, and boarding is organized and fast. ⏱️ In general, it is an excellent bus station, where you can feel the care of passengers. I will definitely use it again and recommend it to everyone! 👍

We arrived early in the morning.. Jok service, toilet inside the station is closed, found at the back of the station, dirty, paid.. We wanted to have breakfast in the dining room at the beginning of the bus station building. We ordered rice porridge and brought it with a cockroach.. We paid for the tea.. It used to be a clean station, but now it's a mess like a bazaar..
