When I said that the situation was awkward, the girls started whispering to each other, which once again showed a complete lack of customer orientation. If you position yourself as a premium fitness club and do everything for your club members, start with the simplest thing: set up a service at the entrance and teach the staff to work with customers, not to dismiss them.
