Terrible service. We took a ticket for 12 hours , sat for an hour and left , at 16:30 we received a text message that the queue had arrived . More than four hours!!! Well, it's a nightmare. Do something about it, at least a separate queue for those who came for a free smartphone. Let them sit in line for 4 hours. And I just had to reissue the number.
