It's a terrible office. There are 3 managers out of 6 . The room manager talks very rudely and ignores people. The queue for 4 people moved forward in 50 minutes. Lack of seats. Instead, there are display cases with telephones all over the hall.

We recently visited their branch on the avenue , there were just a lot of people , there was a queue on the street , we were number 87 . The reason was that they blocked the number and couldn't restore it right away, they said they had to wait or buy a new number.
