I recently visited the Beach Sauna at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi and would like to share my experience. Firstly, the location of the sauna is just perfect - right on the beach, which creates a unique atmosphere. Secondly, the sauna itself is simply magnificent - a large saltwater pool, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a great view of the sea. Thirdly, the sauna staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help and answer any questions. All in all, I definitely recommend the Beach Sauna to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

A beautiful beach, delicious restaurants and how nice that there are no crowds of people! Ideal for relaxing . There are also showers , a sauna and a hammam next to the pool in the restrooms!
