In this hotel, children are unnecessary - remember this, children must suffer, in the sun, from the lack of sun beds, it does not matter, but children in this "paradise of rest" are definitely superfluous. Let them play and swim in the heat in the big pool, burn out, and the adults will lie down and enjoy themselves. I write this because after 3 hours there is no sun at the small pool, it is very convenient ..... it was before.... Secondly, the gym and table tennis were removed from the halls and thrown onto the beach. It is not very clear who will want to practice in the heat with a barbell and dumbbells, even with a view of the sea. Previously, it was very convenient and pleasant, in a cool place, but now athletes go through the forest. The other thing is worse, the premises are just empty now. And table tennis, of course, can't be played in the evening or in the afternoon, because either a strong wind is blowing or it's hot or it's dark. Thanks to the hotel management for this "thoughtful" decision. We bought a SIM card, at that time they really helped us activate it at the reception, spending 3-5 minutes. This time, each of the hotel staff nodded at the other and said I don't understand or I can't, sorry. After spending 40 minutes, we somehow figured it out ourselves. The attitude is so-so. If you are old and bought a SIM card, I guarantee that you will not be able to figure out the activation, and no one will want to help you, be sure. There were paid sun beds near the pool - why, it's not particularly clear because no one was lying on them for how long we were here. Flies and mosquitoes. In Egypt, they were usually poisoned with smoke and in the evening you could sit by the pool on the sun beds. Now forget, in the evening for 15 minutes all the legs will be devoured by mosquitoes, and early in the morning or in the evening at the restaurant - flies, why so, I do not know, but in general it is certainly strange. Towels are now difficult to exchange, because they do not change by the pool as before, you need to ask the room cleaner, you still need to catch him and then it is very inconvenient to wait. --- Pros - the food has become better, there is more choice and it has really become tastier. The Russian-speaking girl Lara was able to make us a great room that we wanted - the first floor, thank her very much, it's clear that the person is customer-oriented. There is a pen for peacocks, you can look at them, and in the morning they just walk around the territory, beautiful and pleasant. Our guide Ramon offered really interesting excursions that we would like to go on, it's a pity that the group did not get close, well done, works well and speaks Russian clearly, knows how to offer and convince. The price is a little too high in our opinion, but he doesn't decide here, we understand that. The sea is a great beach, sand, but no corals. Coral reef on the left at the pier at the Stela Hotel, where I saw a moray eel and a large sea turtle. And from the hotel on the right, entering from the pier of the closed Harmony Makadi hotel, you can see huge stingrays. I have personally seen two and they are huge, more than one and a half meters in wingspan. If you want to see the most beautiful reef, it's also at Maccabi Harmony - believe me, even in Blue Hole it wasn't so amazing (for those with masks and fins) In my opinion, one of the most beautiful reefs in Egypt, but the entry is 5 dollars. Don't regret it, it's worth it! Animation - fire show is the best thing we've ever seen in our lives. Aquagrim - there was one time the child really liked it. Once there were cartoon characters playing with children. We watched belly dancing. In general, animation is not bad, but it has been better.

Great hotel!!! The entrance to the sea (bay) is just super. The food is good, the amenities are all there. There are probably no disadvantages, except for prices in pharmacies at the hotel. Take medicines with you, as everything in these pharmacies is 6 times more expensive, I thought myself. There is also a good reef nearby, there are a lot of fish, be sure to take bread and boiled eggs with you, feel for yourself how many of them there are, of course. There is everything for children too, especially the attitude! Lisa, the children's animator, is just a wonderful person, the children do not leave her side. In general, I highly recommend it!!!
