A wonderful hotel on the first coastline, where you can have an unforgettable vacation with a loved one.

A family-friendly hotel. Clean beach, good service. Timely and high-quality room cleaning. I hope to visit there again.

The stars of the hotel are the availability of services. They don't talk about the quality of the star. There is its own closed territory, there is a swimming pool, there is an All Inclusive. So much for five stars. The quality of everything is noticeably lower than in Europe. But there's nothing terrible about it. The indignation at the difference with the European five stars goes away in the first hours of your stay and is replaced by the understanding that everything is actually quite good. In standard rooms, the furniture is old, the plumbing is old, but you can get used to it and in general everything works. The sound insulation in our room was poor. But the rooms have hot water, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, safe ($3/day). But there are no slippers and bathrobes ("not included in your rate"). Rooms are cleaned daily. Especially if you leave a small tip on the bed (not on the bedside table, this is considered "your territory"). 50-100 rubles (about 1:1 to the peso) is quite enough to treat the room with increased attention. The water on the beach near the hotel is dirty (red). Small fragments of algae are to blame, which penetrate through the mesh for large algae. There are constantly not enough sun beds on the beach and near the pool. Many people take a chaise longue with a free towel and leave for half a day (or even the whole day), which is actually forbidden by the rules of the hotel. There is a wild beach a few kilometers from the hotel. 15 minutes of physical education and you are on a clean beach, looking at schools of fish and swimming in crystal clear water with a minimum of waves (because ocean waves are extinguished by a shoal 5 km from the shore). There is no Wi-Fi. It consistently catches only near the reception. In other places, according to the mood, it seems to be there, but "there is no Internet access on this network." It is impossible to hope for him. The food is varied, although not everything is clear. You will definitely not stay hungry, fruits are not all sweet, dairy products are a minimum. Some of the dishes are really delicious. Meat can be tough. But if you find something soft, it's delicious. There is enough food for everyone, there has never been a time when we came at the end of breakfast, lunch or dinner, and there was nothing to choose from. On holidays they have a gala dinner, there is a lot of food, you don't even know where to put so much. Everything is delicious. The wine in the dining room is draught, homemade, they do not say what it is made of. Grapes do not grow here, except that they can only be made from imported ones. I didn't always like it, because the wine was changing, but there were moments when it went straight to us. Bottled wine can be taken at restaurants where you need to register exactly the day before the visit, in the morning. Dinner is free there, plus paid wine, but they may not have half of what is written in the wine list. A special plus for the nightly entertainment programs. from 8 to 11 p.m. - dancing, performances, invited musical and singing groups, dancing, gymnastics, magic tricks, dancing again. A big plus for hyperpositive guys-"ringleaders". If it weren't for them, there wouldn't be so many dancing people. The guys show dance moves, they can invite someone to dance themselves. During the day, they arrange some activities near the pool (for example, dancing in the pool is a very cool physical education). In general, they really turn people on. Its own closed territory, the staff is very pleasant and friendly, especially if you speak at least a little Spanish. In general, the hotel leaves a pleasant impression if you know exactly what to expect from it and not to expect European five stars.
