The Baytech Service company is not customer-oriented. From the first day of work, there was a complete misunderstanding and not a single issue was resolved promptly. The answer is usually this: wait, according to the rules of 18 hours, you will be contacted. Specifically, today they have an update that was not warned about and the Clinic cannot work!!! The management does not give contact and no one calls back. And it's been half a day(. You will have to go to another bank for acquiring, so that another organization can serve you, with which you can resolve issues.

A very non-customer-oriented company. After a software glitch that occurred throughout the republic, the settings on the payment terminal flew off. We contacted Baitechservice. They serve the terminal. And instead of solving the problem, they began to offer to conclude a contract with them for the provision of consulting services and pay for the terminal settings. After lengthy negotiations, they said that we have a small organization and they will not deal with us. I do not recommend cooperating with this organization.
