We had a vacation in Turkey at the end of May 2026. Alanya, hotel Justiniano park konti 5*. The hotel has been renovated, so the rooms are clean (cleaning with a change of towels every day). The food is delicious. However, the breakfasts are monotonous (as in many hotels), lunch and dinner are more varied (grilled fish every day, strawberries and watermelon every day). The staff is friendly. Thanks to the BasTur travel agency and Anastasia's manager for their professionalism and ability to listen to each client.

I had a vacation with my child on Hainan Island at the end of March 2026, everything was wonderful, a lot of impressions. I recommend yalong Bay and the Palace Resort hotel to everyone. The sea is close, the food street is across the street. It's a beautiful place. I bought the tour from the BasTur company, special thanks to the manager Valentina for her help in choosing a hotel and various useful information.

We had a rest in June 2026 in Alanya, Diamore otel 3*. Even though it was a 3* hotel, everything was very nice. Helpful staff, cleaning every day, everything is very clean and pleasant. The food for the troika as a whole is very decent (we did not go there for food). I advise everyone to visit the city of Cappadocia, it is incredibly beautiful there, although it is expensive and far away! Thank you BasTur for a wonderful trip where I became a bride! We will definitely come back to them again for the next vacation!
