We decided to go to the sauna with my wife, since there is no hot water at home. We signed up for the Bastau sauna, although I was there once in winter — then the institution did not make a good impression: everything was old, the shower heads were broken, the steam room was dirty. But other baths were occupied, so they chose the Bastau. We went by car, but the road was blocked due to repairs. We drove around the area for about 30 minutes, couldn't find the entrance. I called the sauna to find out how to get to them, and asked why they didn't warn customers about repairs. In response, I heard rudeness: they say, “whatever you want, go, that's your problem,” and then they said they wouldn't accept us at all. I think it's unacceptable to talk to clients like that. There are other baths in the city — the Bastau is not the only one. We are not going to apply there anymore.

I liked the dry steam room. Spacious, clean. There's everything to eat, drink, and eat. I haven't been in a wet steam room. The temperature can be adjusted by yourself.
