I've been going to this pool for several months now and I can only say good things. During all this time, there has always been an excellent attitude towards visitors — the staff is polite and friendly, the administration is always ready to help. The water in the pool is of a pleasant temperature and clean, it is comfortable to practice. The changing rooms and toilets are well maintained, cleaned regularly, and it's nice to be there. Coach Sofico just brought me back to life.swimming pool , sauna .towels, bathrobes.Everything is great. of the minuses , as the lockers wrote , there are few of them in the max workload . Parking on the territory is paid, it is impossible to find a place during rush hours, there is an upper one that is free, but it works until 22.00. And of course, traffic jams at the entrance during rush hours in both directions, especially in winter it is deaf from the mountain. There is an option to assign a subscription, you can buy it with your own hands on Olx, it will be cheaper. That's how we sold ours

I especially liked the large non—chlorinated pool - the water is clean and comfortable, it's nice to practice and relax after a workout. Excellent swimming instructors, my son goes and visited the branch in Astana and has been attending the Sad branch in Almaty for 3 years (Instructor Ivan). My husband and I also study in the Invictus Samal and Garden halls. The negative side is a very small locker room for mothers with children, where it is impossible to turn around. There are no conditions for children, not competent administrators at the reception, they always confuse and give out incorrect information. The VIP lounge space would be given in favor of a children's locker room, there are many times more children of pool visitors.

It's a complete mess in the pool! The coaches work with paid visitors, there is no coordinator or responsible person in the pool at all! All the coaches there are responsible, as the administration explained to me, and therefore, no one!!! The paths are overloaded because of this attitude, adults and small children all swim together!!! More one-time visitors, make a garbage dump out of the pool! First, they go to steam in the sauna by the pool, then immediately go to cool off in the pool! It turns out to be such a sauna with a swimming pool!!! The coaches don't care at all!!! This attitude is felt in everything!!! Or there's a badge that says there's a group workout going on and there's only one person swimming!!! It's a complete mess in this club in short! I'm finishing my subscription and I won't set foot there anymore!!!

There are crowds of people who are somehow improperly organized: there are crowds at the entrance, a locker room in the basement where there is almost no room, everyone is rubbing against each other, toilets are in the water. They are forced to install an application to open the mailbox, even during a guest visit. Bench presses are no good at all: the height of the hooks is not adjustable in any way! That is, people with short arms and long arms press the bar from the same height. Is this called a premium room? The hall is designed exclusively for people with a car. There is a narrow single-lane road leading to the complex, which is always in traffic jams, and there is no public transport in sight, you have to walk with al-Farabi. Well, who needs such "amenities"? You can praise yourself on your website any way you want, but people see everything and draw conclusions. Well, the icing on the cake: fabulous money. For what? I didn't like anything at all.

Ban for 3 days((( not customer-oriented at all. It didn't happen before, I go for the second year! Someone can unlock a subscription, but for someone the "rules are the same". Instructors of group programs often change, without explanation! Staff turnover. It's worth getting used to one coach, after a couple of months he's gone! Management should sometimes conduct surveys among their clients so that the work is better and take into account the opinions of their regular customers!
