I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the phone service. We called on the evening of August 1 about an important issue that affected our schedule for the next day. And the way we were treated is absolutely unacceptable for any self-respecting institution. The call was answered by a woman who sounded older. The communication on her part was frankly rude, unpleasant, and completely unprofessional. Instead of calmly clarifying the essence of the question and helping, she answered lazily, with some completely inappropriate phrase, "I thought they were relatives," and immediately hung up. Without explanations, without an attempt to help, without even the slightest respect for people who pay money and have the right to normal treatment. This behavior is not just disrespectful. This is already causing moral damage, because a person who found himself in uncertainty was left feeling annoyed, humiliated and completely helpless. And it's easy to confirm that. If such cases continue, it means a systemic problem in the team or a complete lack of control over employees. Such people should not be put on the phone. We demand that specific measures be taken against this employee. Just leaving this review is not enough. Otherwise, we will be forced to turn to a more specific level where such things are not ignored.
