Great place for family and recreational activities. Decent food but not to die for. This time the reception staff kept our two families at the check in for a while due to some technical issue. Had to call the manager to convince the staff to let the families in first and then solve the issue.

Great place! It's very cozy. We celebrated a wedding here, 3 days))) Everything for us was organized by unusually pleasant, client-oriented, professional Zhanibek and Anastasia, as well as Sanzhar. The houses were pleasantly surprised, everything is clean, it is possible to cook and there is everything for it, a frying pan and all utensils. Excellent sauna, vat and baptismal font. And yes, romance is guaranteed for the couple here. Gorgeous nature and an excellent contingent of people in the pool area.

The administration leaves at 22:00, and no one will answer any questions after that time.… Half of the dishes on the menu are missing, there is no wine list, no desserts, no ice cream… We clarified it several times - is it possible to choose a steam program immediately before the bath? The answer is yes. Before visiting the sauna, we were told that since the vaping program had not been selected in advance, they could only offer warming up with fans. A warm vat, as it did not have time to heat up in 3 hours and remained cold. The icing on the cake - there was no electricity for more than 4 hours. They didn't wait for it to turn on and just left..,

The toilet for men and women is a hole in the floor. The sunbeds are dirty (take an extra towel to lie on it), the trestles are all covered in leaves, the pillows are lying around. The music is too loud. There is a huge children's pool, where the water is much warmer. It's a very strange storage room, as if there were lockers in the warehouse. The payment system is a wristband. You put money on the bracelet and pay with it on the territory. If the money is not fully used, it is returned to the card at the exit. It is better to pay with Caspi- an instant refund. Other cards will be refunded within 3-4 days. I do not recommend this complex, you can go 1 time, but most likely you will be slightly disappointed. The institution requires serious quality control of services. I would go to such an institution for 5-6 thousand, but not for 12 per person.
