I came for a consultation on Western Union, they gave me a coupon, a specialist, staying in touch on a mobile phone, just turns me off - "I do not know, my program does not work. Go to another bank" (the directory says that wu can only be sent through basisbank). And all this while continuing to talk on the phone. Question: if the program does not work for you, why does the administrator give me a ticket to a specialist? If the specialist is busy, why send me to him? For the first time in 2.5 years in Georgia, I met with such an attitude in a bank.

Friendly, they help in Russian, the bank itself lacks a bit of functionality (depositing by non-residents through the terminal, receiving transfers in the application), but in general I am satisfied with the cooperation with the bank
