The food is delicious (chicken kebab and French fries). The tiles in the pool are peeling off. The children's pool is closed. The "Jacuzzi" is always covered with a layer of dead flies, the bubbles turn on only after 10. The bar and cafe are also open after 10. There are wasps flying everywhere and they don't give you a proper meal. Well, the guards don't care what happens in the pool area. Other employees come in at 10, who go there and solve problems. As a result, we went swimming with a 3-year-old child, no one was ever interested in what he was doing in the pool. And one day we arrived late and decided to go after 10. And then my uncle showed up and started telling me that my child was in the water without a circle and armbands. Although he can swim and I don't take a step away from him, besides, he doesn't go deeper than his waist and he doesn't go in. When I refused to buy armbands from them right now (which he wouldn't even put on after shouting), he forbade me to go into the big pool, only in the "Jacuzzi". The question then is, why let children into an area where there is no children's pool? Even I am afraid to go into the "jacuzzi", because the steps are not highlighted and merge with the bottom (I slipped several times), unlike the main pool, where there are bright blue stripes. Naturally, my son didn't want to go to the Jacuzzi (he was afraid of invisible steps), and that's when his interest in water disappeared, and so did ours.

They take money for services that do not exist, interns of 18 years old who do not know anything and sell services that do not exist work at the checkout. For example, a photo and video shoot by the pool for 250 rubles. This service is not in the price list, but they sell it. They sell space in lockers for 100 rubles. No towels, no new sunbeds, don't wait. The sun beds are gray from the ingrained dirt in the plastic. There are also some 18-year-old students who don't know anything. No name badges, no job definitions. There is no temperature display, there is no water temperature in the pool either, you can forget about the air and the forecast at all. The water in the shower is cold only. There is no way to turn on and wash yourself with water of normal temperature. The water in the pool is not heated, it is heated by the sun, it will heat up well. There is no medical officer, sanitary standards are not observed. There is no examination for wounds, washing of legs and body before entering the pool. There are no thermometers anywhere.The organization of work is very poor. The only thing that pleased me was the water. Employees don't have badges or identifying name signs. Who are they? And on what grounds they demand something or approach you. In general, out of 4 hours of stay, we spent about 2 hours figuring out what and how? And why do they charge me for services that I don't have? Which is one of the advantages, the food is more or less acceptable. I didn't ask anything else at the bar. Water 0.5- 30 rubles. Sandwich with chicken -120-150 rubles. fried potatoes, a portion of 60 rubles. per 100g. Khachapuri in Adjarian- 180 rubles. pcs . Summary, you can go for a swim like on a wild beach. Do not expect that something will be clear, adequate, you will be helped and explained. The employees there don't know anything themselves. They will take money for the opportunity to swim in a normal pool, if they have time to warm up. In general, going there is like playing the lottery. If you are lucky, you will get to a normal water temperature and buy. And if not, they write that they do not return the money back. I don't know how to do it in practice. I haven't figured this out yet.
