From the very beginning, I was impressed by the level of service: the administrator provided detailed advice on all services, helped me choose the optimal package, and clearly explained which stages of work would be completed. Which was especially pleasing: The professionalism of the craftsmen. It is clear that real experts are working: every step was carried out carefully and carefully, without haste, but at the same time the deadlines were perfectly met — the car was returned exactly at the agreed time. I would like to share my experience of arriving at this car wash) I signed up, arrived on time, was met, everything was like everywhere else, I went to the box myself, left the car. I was given a certificate for the Barvikha Premium complex, the most expensive, so I definitely had to go check out the place) The whole complex was done in 2 hours, typed, went to get the car. After that, we inspected the car with a sociable manager, everything was fine in the cabin, the body was simply washed without cleaning from bitumen, etc., which, for example, is done in other places with a three-phase car wash, but also a joke with him, I myself will calmly wash the car outside. We noticed that the chrome was peeling off the frame of the room. It was claimed that chemistry could not do this. Okay, we agreed that it might have happened, gave them a frame to barvikha, threw it in the trunk and drove off. Upon arrival, I decided to move the frame and just cornyly examined it, I was surprised: it had already been used, and the lower part of the frame was shorter than the frame, its quality and corny condition did not correspond to the premium segment. As a result, today (I was at the car wash yesterday), I went to buy a frame and went to the car wash to return this miracle frame, which I definitely do not need, well, and look at the cameras so that they themselves would know what kind of chemistry they could do this, but today, on June 8, the car wash did not work, the guys were scrubbing the boxes and that's it, there is no manager, the issue could not be closed. It's a small thing, but the sediment remains. You can review the cameras and if suddenly I'm wrong, then contact me and send the video from the cameras. I'm for the truth, but I'll give my preference, as always, to MDS or aqualab.
