A perfect detached house! I liked absolutely everything about it, a spacious "instagram" space, or a house like from Pinterest, clean and cozy. We stopped by in bad weather (rain and cold) and were able to warm up the room very quickly due to the air conditioner, which works for both cold and heating! An excellent owner, we often saw each other on the territory, unobtrusively asked if we liked everything and if everything was fine? The house offers an unrealistically steep view of the sea, and we saw the most beautiful moonlight path at night. Nearby there is a hotel with a cafe where events take place in the evening, but the music is turned off at 22, there is a swimming pool on the territory of the neighboring hotel (as seen in the video), this pool can be used for an additional fee, but we were a little unlucky with the weather, instead of pools and beaches, we warmed up at hot springs (we found temperatures of +12 in Abkhazia at the very end of May)…

We stayed with my wife for a few days, we were very satisfied. We will know where to stay in Abkhazia in a comfortable and modern environment 10 minutes from the sea. There is an animation in the neighboring hotel, adjacent to the territory. For an additional fee of 500₽ per day, you can use the pool, order breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. Hookah 1000₽. The prices are very low. The views are fantastic.

We had a vacation in March 2026 with our family. Ideal accommodation for 5 people. The cabins are clean, everything is new, the mattresses are very comfortable, the linen is white. Everything is great. We had a great week in Abkhazia. We recommend the hotel. Special thanks to Vladimir for his concern!
