Almost 10 days ago, I went to karaoke to relax with a friend. And I got one of the most unpleasant relationships in my life. — The DJ allowed himself to touch my waist and arms while I was just asking to play a song — the waiter made remarks and forbade me to take pictures, although it is allowed in the institution. — Communication was on a first-name basis, ignoring boundaries — Atmosphere — pressure, rudeness and disrespect I left in tears. After my review, the manager contacted me, apologized, offered a discount, and invited me back. I decided to give the institution a chance and even planned to celebrate my birthday there. But today it turned out that I was given a “face-stop" without explanation. That is: first, the unacceptable behavior of the staff, then the apologies, and in the end, they simply closed the entrance. I have an audio recording where the manager apologizes and invites me back. The conclusion is simple: not only do they not know how to serve guests, but they also do not know how to keep their word. I will not ignore this attitude. Make your own conclusions about whether it's worth going there.
