This restaurant/bistro is situated in a breathtaking location right on the Volga River, housed within a magnificent red brick building that also includes a hotel. The setting is truly impressive. Regarding the food, we were very pleased. Both the casual bistro menu and the more formal restaurant on the upper floor offer high-quality, delicious dishes. Unfortunately, there are two significant downsides that spoiled the experience. First, the interior lighting is far too bright and harsh, which takes away from the otherwise beautiful atmosphere. Second, and more importantly, the service is a major issue. The staff, particularly in the bistro area, were incredibly gruff, rude, and arrogant. Management urgently needs to take action here. We have been regular guests, but if the service attitude doesn't improve soon, we will unfortunately have to stop coming. It’s a shame to see such a beautiful spot held back by a lack of hospitality.

Заглянули сюда после прогулки на речном трамвайчике. Вначале я была настроена скептически, но абсолютно зря. Как оказалось, это одно из лучших мест для еды. Во-первых, меню не очень объёмное — для меня это плюс. Во-вторых, блюда достаточно оригинальные, а подача просто бомба. В-третьих, очень вкусно. Цены чуть выше среднего, но этого стоит. Обязательно рекомендую лимонады: наш из яблока и дыни был просто отвал вкусовых сосочков. Соленья по собственному рецепту — бомба. Очень понравился их фирменный оливье. Всё было шикарно и на высоком уровне, в том числе и обслуживание. Очень вежливый персонал. Кстати, от нашего официанта мы узнали, что в этом доме изначально был роддом. Представляете? Возможно, тут родилось столько детей, а вы сидите и обедаете с прекрасным видом на Волгу.

Очень достойное место для тех, кому важна атмосфера и подача. Сюда нужно приходить за вкусом, а не сытостью. Ужинали тут 8 марта 2026. Живые цветы на каждом столе, идеальная чистота и сервировка. Заказали лангустины, мидии и на десерт изумительная шишка. Все очень вкусно и красиво. Официант Алексей помогает с любыми вопросами. За высокой кухней точно сюда. Не много подкачал кофе, но на общем фоне не критично.
