From October 23-27, we rented an apartment with my husband. Everything was clean, the room , linen , towels. All detergents ( except kitchen rags - towels - there was nothing to wipe the kitchen surface and the induction hob ( the built-in did not work ) . The roof terrace is not well maintained and is not suitable for drinking a cup of coffee. But it is clear that the owners took a sincere approach to filling and repairing the apartments . But the organization of the check-in and parking of the car is terrible , even when the full payment for 4 days has passed , and we have already arrived at the address at 15-10. 1) no one answered the WhatsApp and phone call - they answered : I will pass the information to my colleague Alexander ( I suspect that he was rude and answered like that) and no one called back or wrote !!! 2) they did not give the entrance code so that they could take the keys for contactless check-in in the drawer 3) they did not send the address of the garage for parking cars (and it is not under the apartment building) 4) they did not send the QR code for entering the garage!!! People, do you live in the cave age??? Alexander, I urge you to resign from this job - you have added to our nerves!!! We pestered all the Italians (asking them to help us) and called all the okey support service phones ( where they told me: we don't have any other parking addresses - we came from a guided tour on the 3rd day and the garage was closed), we had to put a fee for 20 euros for the night in another garage!!! I'm shocked!! I do not recommend this company, there are no communications and no one cares about you!
