You can leave your luggage for free with the reception staff if it’s to early to check in. The room itself could’ve been a bit cleaner, at least the floors, but overall the room was nice and warm. Liked the very heavy blanket. For me it was a good one-night stay experience.

Level 29 Local Expert

A good hotel in the very center - on the Alster. The staff is a bit "dumb" - especially on the floors, apparently "some non-Germans". A very weak restaurant, especially in the evening.
