We had a family vacation here with friends. Of the advantages, there is just everything: parking, banquet hall, billiards, sauna, swimming pool, three rooms, karaoke, music. There are many more disadvantages: - according to the owner, the pool is warm at 23-24 degrees, in fact it is very cold, icy, the water is smelly, a maximum of 15-17 degrees, do not really buy. - the house is completely damp, there is no proper ventilation, so we do not recommend spending the night there, everything is damp everywhere, the second floor is very cold, as they apparently save on heating, the bacteria are at their maximum. All the iron tables and chairs are crumbling from rust, they will soon rot. Stretch ceilings were made to hide mold. There is a lot of condensation on the windows. - there are three rooms on the second floor, one of which is a walk-through, the mattresses and pillows are so-so, the sheets with holes, as if they don't even change them after they leave. There are no curtains in the rooms. - TV sets for karaoke and music are very cheap "kiwi", settings crash and you can lose half an evening to update... Large speakers are hanging just for beauty. The refrigerator opposite the bathhouse works with variable efficiency, then freezes, then hits the error.
