Yes, the queues are incredible. There is only one ticket office, which is a shame for a city like Baranovichi. I've been to other branches, there's less room, there's a lot of people, too, but the queue is moving so fast, and there's something wrong with this bank. And judging by the reviews, there are many of us who have been sitting for a very long time) I definitely do not recommend it.

I took the ticket to the cashier, there was a queue of about 70 people. My turn came an hour and a half later. When I entered the cashier, I saw that there were 2 cashiers sitting there, one of whom was doing nothing, although he could have sat at the second cashier. But it was closed. By the way, half of these 70 people left without waiting for their turn. Apparently, the branch's management doesn't care that the bank is losing customers, so that's how they work.
