On the evening of 10/21/25, I went to the bank with the usual question, to which I received a rather rude answer, which spoiled my mood. I have visited this bank more than once and have never had such problems, but unfortunately I did not come across a girl, but a real boor who, in a calm tone, cannot explain the question that was asked to her. I work with people myself and I consider such behavior inappropriate, I was not rude and did not provoke any conflict. Employees like this "cute" girl (at first glance) shouldn't work with people. Now I understand why this place has such a low rating.

The bank has nothing to worry about, starting with boorish employees and ending with the lack of new-style dollars, never! It feels like the bank is paying them salaries in new dollars for their boorish behavior towards customers.
