I reissued the card twice, the first time they sent it to the old name, corrected it, waited again, came to pick it up, they sent it with missing letters. The card is a salary card, and the specialists are probably doing everything on purpose to ensure that salary clients leave for another bank. There were 3 clients open, I asked them to close, the manager in the office confidently said "I've closed everything", applied for re-release to another office, and they said "you have three clients open". It's clear that everyone makes mistakes, but not twice in a row.

Today, March 10, 2026, I came to the PSB branch at 66 Mariinskaya Street in Skadovsk — I just wanted to withdraw cash and change my profile information. As a result, I lost almost 3 hours and left empty-handed and in a bad mood. The queue outside is about 15 people, with only one window working inside. People have been standing since 7 a.m. to make it to lunch. The operator (a middle-aged woman) communicates through her lip, answers all questions with "the system does not see", "it is not supposed to", "come back tomorrow". When he asked me to explain why the ATM at the entrance has not been working for the third month, I simply waved him off: "It's not our responsibility." I tried to make a transfer — the system swears at the "regional blocking", although the passport is Russian, the registration is in order. The employee stated that "in the Kherson region, such operations do not go through the cashier, there are limits." They offered to go to another city or wait until they "figure it out." When I said that it was a monopoly and there was no alternative, she smiled and said, "Well, I'm sorry, we're not magicians here." PSB online banking in Skadovsk works through a stump deck, the application crashes, SMS messages do not arrive, and the branch is also rude + complete helplessness. Why open a branch in a small town if they can't and don't want to provide proper service? People spend the whole day on basic things, pensioners barely get there. I don't recommend this place to anyone. It is better to immediately look for ways without PSB. Rating 0/5. Nerves, time and faith in normal service are completely destroyed.
