Review of Bank of Georgia I submitted a full set of documents exactly as requested and expected a professional and clear response. Instead, the communication felt confusing and inconsistent. It seemed like the manager was unsure about the bank’s own procedures, which was quite surprising. When a client has to repeatedly explain which documents were already provided, something is clearly wrong in the process. I hope Bank of Georgia invests more in staff training and internal coordination, because clients deserve clarity, competence, and respect.

Nice, modern bank, nice to be inside, there was no queue (at least when I visited the bank) There were 3 girls sitting at the entrance, I spoke to one of them in Russian, they understood my request right away, they helped me take a ticket Then I talked to the bank employee in broken English, even a little Russian, opened an account without any problems, no unnecessary information, everything is transparent and understandable After opening the account, they were informed that the bank name card would be ready the next day. I filled out an online questionnaire before going to the bank, and my application was approved the next day. I didn't notice any hostility towards Russians, everyone is loyal enough. You just need to improve your English level to make it easier to communicate.

A good department. The staff speaks English, and I've also seen that they speak Russian. They helped me fill out the questionnaire. As a result, my application was confirmed after 4 days and allowed to make a card. I am from Belarus.
