I called the website's support service asking if there was any way to view a photo from the ad of this part, as there was doubt that the seller had sent what was in the photo, and the ad itself had already been deleted, of course. In response, I received, in addition to the inability to view the deleted ad, also the stupidest excuse about the millions of ads available and the inability to keep deleted ads on the site because of this. My attempts to say that such a feature would be very useful and there was nothing complicated about it were ignored and the phone was hung up with the word "goodbye" before I could finish. I see that you are responding to feedback here, so I am making a suggestion to those responsible in your company to seriously consider the possibility of introducing a feature for viewing deleted ads, at least within a month after deletion. I'm sure there's enough space on the server. The rating is more for communicating with the support service, but the lack of this elementary function, for greater protection of the buyer, is also a minus. P.S. Thanks for the reply. I'm not talking down, but from the perspective of a simple user who has seen on various sites that such a function is possible, albeit in different versions (as, for example, on av.buy), but it is. The main thing is that there should be a desire to implement it for buyers, and not sit idly by for years, thereby helping unscrupulous (or simply inattentive) sellers. I raise the rating from one star to three for an almost restrained and customer-oriented response (although the last paragraph would have been enough), provided that you teach the telephone support service to respond in the same way;) I wish you a speedy and successful introduction of the new system.
