Bambak: new gastro-bistro with breakfast until 3 pm "Bambak" opened recently. In my internal filing cabinet, it stands somewhere next to Jermots - the same high ceilings, lots of light, a variety of coffee, great food. It is clear that the guys care and they are attentive to details. And calmly and, it seems, even gratefully accept feedback. Coffee: 8 There are 10 coffee items in the menu: from espresso to rafa, and of course the filter. However, I ordered a flat white and was generally satisfied. It turned out not as saturated as it should be — the taste of milk took over more than I was used to in this drink. Rather, it turned out to be a cappuccino, but I also love it. From the food I tried stewed beef cheeks with puree. It's delicious, the gravy is great, but I would still cook them for a few hours to make it easier to disperse into fibers. The bar even has a dozen signature cocktails. But you go try them yourself and tell them here in the comments ;) Interior: 8 Very spacious and bright due to the large windows. There are two halls: smaller on the left, and the main one — on the right — is larger. They are decorated the same way: beige walls, gray accents, a concrete self—leveling floor, and the ceiling is not covered with anything - when it is high, it is not required, as long as it is clean. Everything is cool, I just want to add a few bright accents. And the guys also have a veranda — a large one and on a quiet street, where almost no cars drive. Music: 9 Jazz, afro, soul and covers of famous compositions are played. An excellent selection at a pleasant volume — it doesn't seem to distract, but you can also get into the melody. Toilet: 10 The place is spacious, but not too big, so three toilets and two sinks are just great! The inside is clean, smells nice, and there are also all sorts of necessary hygienic trifles in boxes — respect for this. Overall score: 8.75 Prices: American — ֏1200 Cappuccino — ֏1500
