I wrote exactly the same review on Google Maps. We ordered 2 salads, 2 khachapuri, beer and a pot of tea. As a result, the salads arrived after 10 meters, and no one brought the drinks after 30 meters. They asked for 3 more waiters for drinks. As a result, until I came to the bar, no one fussed except for 1 person (as I understood that he probably works as an administrator), there was an extra pot of tea in the receipt, everything was deleted and paid for. The atmosphere is good, and the live music is the best in the tour area. Salads were not finished, as well as khachapuri in Adjara. The bill came out to GEL 142

And there was no longer any mood or desire to stay in this place. The kitchen was clearly running out of time, as the tables were occupied by 60%. The waiters also don't have time to keep an eye on the tables and clean up on time. In general, we were not satisfied...

When the restaurant first opened, I had a great impression — the atmosphere was cozy, the staff was attentive, and everything I ordered was served quickly and efficiently. Therefore, it is a pity that today everything was completely different. First of all, I was surprised that the hookah was apparently prepared by a waiter who clearly does not have the proper experience. He couldn't decompose the coals properly. An hour later, I reminded him that the coals needed to be replaced, because the taste had already become burnt and unpleasant. This attitude towards the client is completely unacceptable. Secondly, the order took an infinitely long time — the waiter walked by as if he didn't notice me. I waited much longer than is normal for a restaurant of this level. The overall level of service has dropped significantly — the staff is scattered, inattentive, and clearly lacking motivation and competencies. I felt disrespectful, as if I had been forgotten, even though I was a guest. It's a pity that my impressions were so ruined: I used to come here with pleasure, but today I'm just disappointed. I don't plan to come back anymore. Yes, music from the heart !!
