Nice bentos and balls. Questions only about the delivery. It is better to order by pickup. About the delivery: Firstly, they have an inconvenient delivery window for birthdays. You either have to congratulate at 22:00 in the evening, or keep the cake in your refrigerator until morning, or already congratulate by lunch. Secondly, if you live with a birthday boy, get ready for the fact that you will receive a call from this institution first in the morning, the order will be clarified, then the courier will call and ask you to drop the location, and you will definitely lose the element of surprise :) Just give the courier the exact location and send the order immediately to it - we haven't evolved yet, it's better to ask the address 2 times, and then have the customer personally send the location to the courier to be sure. In the 2000s, we just live, who knows how these deliveries work, the mechanism is still complicated. And thirdly, they may simply delay your order for 30-60 minutes for their own reasons. The birthday boy may wake up, start his day, but still not receive the appointed congratulations, the day has already started, the routine has begun, lunch is coming soon, and you are sitting waiting for them, unhappy Millennium :) You write to them about it, they justify themselves and throw in counterarguments, instead of just acknowledging the flaw and thinking about how to improve the service. So it would be 4 stars. Reviews are needed to make you a better person, not to quarrel.
