We stopped to spend the night for one night and drive on in the morning. Triple room - the air conditioner stinks of mold, the beds CREAK and are uncomfortable. If you want to spend the night listening to a wonderful creaking sound with your every move, which is also accompanied by a shout from the next room because the walls are made of cardboard, this is for you. We hardly slept, got up at 4 a.m. and left. It's impossible. The beach is dirty. The water near the shore is also dirty. The territory itself is almost by the road. In general, I do not recommend it. Don't waste your money. It's not worth it. It is better to drive 50 km and find a normal recreation area. Only the lake itself and the cafe saved the situation. The cafe is pretty good, and the waiters are great. That's it.

The only unpleasant moment was that, on the second night of rest, the staff of this holiday home got drunk and made noise themselves. It was unpleasant that the children woke up. In general, you can safely relax there, because the main thing is the beach, Lake Balkhash itself, which surprises me with its beauty every year...

The bed linen and towels are old and gray , the bed holds together terribly with every movement , the sofa was broken , it was terribly uncomfortable for the children to lie on it . I was also very upset by the lack of humanity of the administration . My brother and his family needed to leave urgently , the administration did not make concessions , did not return at least some of the money , although after his departure other people were immediately settled . 100 thousand were appropriated and even more rude . In general, the impressions were not very good , I do not recommend the hotel.

And it bribed that the children have free accommodation. The rooms have 2 double beds and a sofa, a wardrobe and a TV. However, we had to look for lunch and dinner elsewhere, since we did not wait for either the menu or the waiter there.

I didn't like the recreation area.Of the normal ones, there was only access to the water, so I don't give 1 star.Now about the cons:the door did not close normally, but it was locked only with a key,then the bad workers:breakfast was supposed to be brought at 8:30, until we forced them to bring us breakfast, they did nothing, eventually they brought it at 9:30, and also all the entertainment was almost broken. I took table tennis as a result, the racket itself is almost all torn, in the restaurant all the food is either warm or cold and it takes 1 hour to cook this is if, at best, it feels like they didn't cook but went to a nearby restaurant, as well as a 10% tip, of course I understand that good work needs to be lost, but when we ordered a lagman and asked how the three lagmans differ from each other, the waiter told us: "well, like, in short, well, this,well, like," in the end, she didn't say anything about Lagman except these words, the room stank terribly of sewage and air conditioning, it was impossible to breathe there, the bed creaked all over, even from breathing, she couldn't sleep properly, the room number was half erased, room number 8, when we stopped by, the person at the reception did not I was able to explain how to get in properly, then when we found the recreation area, we asked her to open the parking lot for us, to which she gave us the answer that we should call the guard even though he was sitting across from her.I didn't like the recreation area, I don't recommend staying there overnight.
