All the tours were conducted with a five-plus. Ubud with Russian-speaking guide Ayun. She told us and showed us all the places we wanted to see and visit. We booked a tour for two to Nusa Penida. We listed which locations we were interested in (+ I really wanted to try bungee jumping, there was a wish to include it in the tour). Everything was quickly organized, all the locations of interest were included, in advance, and not in place, we were warned that there might not be any rays on snorkeling, because the day before the trip they did not appear in their usual places due to the storm (at least it did not come as a surprise to us). The guide was sociable and spoke good English. We also helped with the choice of a hotel. Everything was included in the tour: starting from a comfortable car transfer from the villa, and ending with the services of a snorkeling photographer. We took the Borobudur Tour here. This is the worst tour organization. The airline rescheduled the flight to Java for 3 hours, so they didn't have time to see everything. We agreed to go to Borobudur and we were also offered to visit the church in the form of a chicken. We arrived in Java, there is no guide. We waited for 30 minutes, and not a guide arrived, but a driver who was supposed to take us to the temple. The guide promised to meet us at the temple, his car broke down. Please note that in the temple itself, the guide will be local and English-speaking. Everything is in English. Then we went to the church in the form of a chicken. Beautiful view from the roof, but the church itself is not interesting. Then the way to the airport. At the entrance, there was an hour left before departure, the guide offered lunch (dinner). But we refused, because we couldn't eat properly an hour before departure, and I didn't really want to eat in a hurry. Even though the dinner was paid for. And already on departure, we received a message from the driver who was supposed to meet us at the airport in Bali that he would not be able to come, his relative would arrive. Upon arrival, we had to look for a relative who stood in the parking lot and waited for us there. We lost more time and nerves. As a result, the price is paid in full, and the services are provided through one place. The agency decided that they had worked 100%. The fact that they left us without dinner, because of the constant overlays and jambs, they didn't really look at anything from the declared places, this is normal for them. You saw the temple, that's all, but the rest is not interesting. That's their approach.

I liked that everything was clear - the driver met us at the hotel, took us to the port, and upon arrival on the island, the second driver was already waiting for us. Both speak English well, in general everything was clear. According to the tour itself: it is very difficult to go down to one beach, almost vertically, holding on to a rope. We admired them from above. There are big steps to the second beach (on the other side of the road), it's a bit heavy, but it's worth it. It's very beautiful, the water is blue and clear, white sand! In the end, they did not go to the tree house, it was very hot, and there was also a descent to it and then a rise for 15 minutes. 2. Ubud. I definitely recommend it to everyone! Ayu's guide speaks Russian very well, we bombarded her with questions, she answered, and told us a lot about local traditions. They took a lot of photos. The rice terraces are beautiful, girls can rent dresses with a long train for a photo shoot on a swing. I liked the monkey forest very much, the monkeys are not aggressive, they do not steal anything from visitors. But of course it's better to keep an eye out. One little one got on her hands and wanted to play with her glasses) Additionally: all communication with the agency was conducted through WhatsApp, I wrote them questions even in the evening and received an answer almost immediately. Once, due to a bad weather forecast, the tour was postponed to another day without any problems. I am very pleased with the efficiency)

First, a long drive from oteoi Jimbaran to the ferry with a professional driver. An English-speaking guide met us at the port, and after 1 hour we are on the coast of Java, where a car is waiting. Another 1.5 hours and we are at the site at the foot of the volcano. Well, it's very cold, take warm clothes and hats. It is necessary to have shoes with a good tread. They gave out fanatics and masks, in addition, it is better to cover the face with a handkerchief, because there is dust in the air that you will inhale. The Chinese are wearing protective glasses, it is very important, when the wind gusts, sand from the ground flies into their eyes. At 1 a.m. local time, it's hard to go up. We reached the top and began to descend into the crater towards the blue lights. You need to descend carefully, without hurrying, the guide is always near or ahead, not losing sight of us. We stop for rest as needed, no one is pushing us. There is smoke and the smell of sulfur in the crater, protective masks do not help much because they do not fit, they were held by hand. It was not possible to see bright large lights, it resembles the burning of a gas burner in the kitchen, but it was still worth going down for it. Gorenje Again, a difficult climb up, the oncoming flow of tourists makes it difficult to walk, the Chinese manage to take pictures on the steep edge. Finally, we are upstairs and there is an icy piercing wind, there is no place to hide, and the rising sun does not warm us. But there are great views all around. A terrible impression of this agency. We decided to order an individual snorkeling on Nusa Penida. It all started with the fact that the announced price differed from the one indicated on the site, allegedly they did not have time to change - the first bell. It all continued with the fact that instead of the announced time of 8 a.m., the Indonesian driver picked us up at 7 a.m. and had to stupidly get ready in 10 minutes right out of bed. Moreover, the jamb was for the agency, as the driver explained that otherwise we simply would not make it to the boat. When I asked the agent how to understand this, they promised me to clarify in a minute why they left earlier, but decided to just turn on the ignore))) No one apologized for this situation and the agency did not even deign to give any response. After the question from me, the agency did not have the slightest message on this situation, and no one even asked us about the tour. Avoid it and do not try to get involved.
