I decided to buy a car and chose between "Geely Cityray" and "Geely Coolray". I liked both cars, looking at them in pictures on the Internet. But I wanted to watch it live and compare it. However, there was no "Coolray" anywhere, moreover, I was very persistently dissuaded from it everywhere and insisted on considering only "Cityray" By chance, driving past the Bakra dealership on Magistralnaya Street, I asked my husband to stop there, despite the fact that we were already determined to go to Rostov for a car (in Donetsk, the price was much higher than that of official representatives in Rostov and other cities) , the Bakra manager greeted us warmly. by offering tea, coffee or water. Nowhere in the salons has such concern been expressed for us. Just "let's apply for a loan, so there will be a discount, etc." Unfortunately, the models I was interested in were not available, and the manager, Yuri, suggested that I check the availability at other Bakra dealerships in the same network. But this attempt to see a car without the obsessive "buy", and in a more pleasant atmosphere was not successful. There were no cars in the Bakra network in our region. To which I was offered to bring a car from Krasnodar so that I could just sit in it, take a closer look at it and make a choice. Moreover, I was offered to bring both cars! As for the price, in this car dealership it is exactly the same as on the websites of the officials of other cities of Russia!!! That is, without additional extra charge for the "dangerous region" To be honest, I have never seen such a level of service anywhere! While the search for the Coolray was underway (since it is now almost nowhere left, it takes a long time), I was informed that the second car for comparison had left Krasnodar and was heading to Donetsk. The next day, the car had already arrived in Donetsk, which I was also informed about. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by Yuri's approach to work. It didn't look like the work of other managers we met in other salons. Yuri does not impose or sell a car, he simply makes you feel good about him, arousing trust and increasing the reputation of the car dealership, thereby making you want to buy from him. My husband also noticed this. After the consultation, we left the salon and I informed my husband that I would not go anywhere else, I would buy a car from Yuri in this salon. Indeed, there was a high level of service, his commitment and love for his business, and most importantly, care, instead of hackneyed sales schemes. Perhaps Yuri knows a secret that other managers have not yet learned, but he has 100% confidence in himself))) When the car arrived, I was immediately informed about it and I got to know the car better. I got an answer to the questions that interested me, and immediately made a choice in favor of this car and made a deposit. I really liked it both externally and functionally, and I didn't want to search and compare anymore. I had that feeling of "HERE HE IS-MINE!" The next day, there was a solemn presentation of the car, and Yuri prepared champagne to "wash" the car (my husband and I jokingly said that we could pour champagne over it and it was heard literally, which was also very pleased). A few days after the purchase, the manager contacted me again and clarified if I was satisfied, asked if I had any questions about this car and again showed concern and positive emotions. Thanks to the car center for Yuri, who got me a car "out of the ground", which I personally watched moving and preparing through telegram messages. I was pleased with the emotions that are now associated with the purchase, and if I talk to anyone about car dealerships, I definitely recommend this one, as it won me over from the first minute I was there.
