A wonderful hotel that surpassed all expectations! We were absolutely delighted, we liked absolutely everything.: Location: The location in the National Park itself is a huge plus. The territory is very beautiful and well maintained. Service and comfort: Stylish interior, clean rooms and very polite, attentive staff. Food: Breakfasts are generally a separate top! It's incredibly delicious. Relaxation: A large deep pool and a cool Finnish sauna are a great addition to relaxation. We take the best experiences with us. We will definitely come back here again!

The place is interesting in location, beautiful building, nice comfortable rooms, clean, cozy, newly renovated. The solution of rooms with a terrace is very interesting. There is a lake across the bridge, a cozy beach with sun beds and deck chairs. Nice restaurant, good breakfasts. But the spa area is not ventilated, the smell of dampness, the hammam did not work at all in my opinion. There are few places by the pool for 4 buildings. If there had been a swimming pool on the street instead of a summer house or a playing field, there would have been no shortage of visitors.

We've been wanting to see what Baitas is for a long time, and so we went for the first time last weekend. Of the advantages: - the rooms are spacious - the hammam is excellent, the wet steam is what you need, in general, the spa area is class, decent - cozy, modern restaurant - spacious lobby, lots of soft seating areas Of the cons: - they ask you to leave a deposit of 20,000 tenge per room, just in case. This is really unpleasant. What kind of distrust? Do you have such a low-life stop that trust in the guests has disappeared?! - the hotel, according to my pure feelings, does not have any kind of soul, or is it without some kind of zest? - the food is delicious, but not wow, you can eat In general, you can relax. If there are discounts, like now, we'll come back more than once, of course.
