Terrible service. I came to Bahus Karaganda at Kariboz Shektybaev st40 - 10.01.26 at 14:00 for intermediate maintenance. They impose their own consumables that are exorbitantly expensive and threaten to remove them from the warranty for bringing their own with certificates and corresponding requirements of the automaker. That they actually violate the consumer's rights. Apparently, this company does not know the laws. To get coffee, I had to ask 3 times and wait for more than 30 minutes. The quality of customer service leaves much to be desired.

The service leaves much to be desired.Their working hours are running out and you're sitting there waiting for work to start.Take your time at all.deadlines are not respected.the warranty is delayed.the maximum 30-minute work is delayed for many years.They have not been able to solve the problem since 2023.And then they'll say the warranty is over.I don't recommend it at all.You come to them as if you went to their house and asked them to do something.Service 0. It's easier to order a spare part yourself and deliver it yourself.It will be faster this way and my nerves will be fine.
