Initially, I took a photo with a normal facial expression, and the photographer, after looking at the photo, offered to reshoot it with a smile. I agreed. Later I found out that for a photo on a green card, it is preferable to use a relaxed expression without a smile. We returned to the photo studio, explained the situation, and agreed to redo the photo for free without any questions. The photo, by the way, in both cases was sent to me literally an hour later.

The master who prints always talks about printing areas, whether frames are needed, etc. so that there are no surprises later. You can buy any kind of batteries, albums, etc.

The staff is disgusting to communicate with visitors, I have repeatedly noticed and not only in relation to myself. They can discuss personal issues while the queue is crowded. Customer orientation is at zero, if such words are familiar at all.
